Yes, the installation is done at the time of delivery, but if the products get delivered early through our 3rd party logistics, then we ensure our installation team arrives at the location within 24-48 hours to initiate the process. If in the opinion of Wooden Street, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by Wooden Street, to address the issue.
Any missing parts required in the assembly of the product should be immediately notified to the Customer Support team, so that they can be arranged to be delivered to you as soon as possible.
Wipe off the dirt from the furniture with a soft cotton cloth. Also avoid using the excess water for cleaning, take moistened cloth to wipe off the dirt.
Avoid chemical contact with the furniture as it may harm the natural finish and further the durability. Also, make sure to avoid application of polyurethane paints on the furniture.
Scratches, burns, residue and any other surface damage can be taken off with a fine-grit sandpaper. Reapply mineral oil after sanding.

Write A ReviewThe honey finish is really nice as it matches to the rest of my furniture. The space between the bunk beds and below the bed is appropriate. Both the beds can be separated when not in use and the railing of the bed prevents from falling off the bed.

The bed is very nicely crafted and the quality of the wood is amazing. The ladder is perfectly fixed and the rail’s height is appropriate. There is no chance that a child can fall off while sleeping. The dimensions of the bed are proper and there is enough space between both the bunk beds.
