Does my Woodenstreet furniture require Installation?
The Installation depends upon the structure and built of the product however any of the followings could match your purchase.
No-Installation: These furniture products are built for a ready to use & fit situation post the arrival.
Self-Installation: Our furniture experts design the structure to help you assemble by self via introducing a very easy knock in & out mechanism. Additionally provided with a free installation guide.
Expert-Installation: Any furniture that requires expert installation help, for which we offer assembly services across enlisted cities such as Delhi (NCR), Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad & Chennai.
Is my Installation FOC?
We shall not be responsible for providing a free installation for the Wall Shelves, Decor Items, or similar products that cost less than INR 5000.
When does my installation start?
As soon as the product is delivered we ensure our installation team arrives at the location within 24-48 hours to initiate the process. However, some unexpected circumstances might result in a delay for which we sincerely apologize.
What is the warranty period on my furniture?
All our furniture products are subject to a warranty period of one year against manufacturing defects. However, any product, which is misused, neglected, improperly set up or otherwise damaged, shall not be covered under the warranty criteria. Home Décor products are not included under the warranty policy. No warranty on MDF/Commercial Board/Glass.
Is my product composed of 100% solid wood?
The base composition of the furniture product is made using solid wood. On the other hand, certain specific furniture’s back panel structures or drawers back panels are composed of secondary components such as MDF, Ply or partial board that are better suited.
Does my wood finish and fabric color arrive the same as on website?
We ensure to deliver the perfect furniture as you see & order. There might be possibilities you shall experience a slight variation in fabric color and wood finish, considering the displayed resolution can create a minor difference in the physical product. The lightning effect caused due to photo-shoots or change in display resolution could account as a cause of the difference.
Do I discard or return the packaging material?
The wooden packaging material used for shipping a product is a property of WoodenStreet, and should not be disposed of by any customer. WoodenStreet believes in recycling these wooden carats and packing material, hence we would like to collect these back from the customer and re-use it.
Is my delivery guaranteed in 5-7 weeks?
Team WoodenStreet is dedicated towards dispatching your products within the 7th week of timeline; however, in case of exceptional situations like transport strike, riots, natural calamities (like rains,flood, earthquakes, etc), it might happen that the Est delivery time may exceed than the promised timeline. In such exceptional cases WoodenStreet may cancel the order and refund the full amount to the customer as per the scenario.
Am I promised a doorstep delivery for my order?
A doorstep delivery can be availed, in case of small products and an available service lift at your location that would be sufficient to accommodate the furniture. Otherwise, a ground floor delivery is applicable.
Am I eligible for a “no question ask refund policy”?
We ensure to keep our customers happy by delivering furniture as per their needs & requirements, however in rare circumstances where you would like to return the purchase please refer to our refund policy
Is my purchase amount inclusive of all taxes?
Yes, except all the local delivery taxes like Octroi, Special State Taxes, Army Cantonment Areas, etc. needs to be paid by the customer additionally at the time of delivery.
Do I need to submit any documents for receiving my delivery?
Not required, but in case of customer residing in Kerala, Jammu and Kashmir, Assam, etc. would need to submit a scanned copy of their ID Proof and special forms to pass the product/s at the respective state border.
