• Placing an Order:

  Please check the dimensions of your entrance/door to your premise before buying, so that there is no problem in getting the product inside at the time of delivery. In such a situation, we will not be able to accept return or cancellation requests. Certain items require no assembly and can be used as-is. For this, please check the item details. Wherever we assist with assembly, the carpenter visits will be scheduled.

• On Delivery:

  On Delivery: Our support and delivery team will be in coordination with you for a hassle-free installation process.

  
  

  Free delivery is only applicable for the very first attempt on a visit to your ship-to address. In case of a missed delivery, (from a customer)/ an extra visiting charge would be applicable for later installation. Our delivery partner shall only deliver the product to the ground floor in the absence of a service lift in your apartment. (if applicable)

  
  

  Extra charges applicable for weekend or specific time deliveries. Once the order has reached your nearest delivery center and you fail to receive the products, we would hold the products for 10 days, after this time line, Wooden Street shall be free to charge or cancel the order.

• Damages:

  WoodenStreet’s delivery arrangements to your home have been designed to ensure a zero-damage and hassle-free experience. Please contact us immediately if: You received a damaged or defective product, bring it in the notice of delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint at customer care at [email protected] & defect will be assessed in 72 hours’, and a solution will be provided. If in the opinion of Wooden Street, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by Wooden Street, to address the issue.

  Any missing parts required in the assembly of the product should be immediately notified to the Customer Support team, so that they can be arranged to be delivered to you as soon as possible.

• Cleaning Technique

  Wipe off the dirt from the furniture with a soft cotton cloth. Also avoid using the excess water for cleaning, take moistened cloth to wipe off the dirt.

• Avoid Chemicals

  Avoid chemical contact with the furniture as it may harm the natural finish and further the durability. Also, make sure to avoid application of polyurethane paints on the furniture.

• Scratch & Burn Remedy

  Scratches, burns, residue and any other surface damage can be taken off with a fine-grit sandpaper. Reapply mineral oil after sanding.

• We take care of all the quality control measures to ensure that the product(s) you receive are of the premium quality. In the rare case that you receive a defective or a damaged product, please reach out to us at [email protected] We will attend to your query within two business days. 

• If a complaint is to be raised regarding the product defect or quality issue, please contact us within seven days of receiving the product. After then, no complaint about the return of defective and quality concerns would be acceptable.s

• The product can be self-installed.

• Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.

• In the absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. After then, extra charges would be applicable per floor in such cases to make delivery to the customer’s floor. (on request)

• Extra charges applicable for weekend or time-specific delivery.

• Your product(s) will be held for 10 days at the nearest delivery hub if you’ve failed to receive the delivery. After this, WoodenStreet shall be free to charge or cancel the order.
