We ordered a dining table from Wooden Street, and during booking, we were clearly promised free delivery up to the 4th floor. However, on the day of delivery, the delivery person demanded ₹200 per floor (₹600 total for the 2nd floor), completely contradicting what was initially promised. Despite informing the store representative, they also insisted on the same extra charge—changing the terms after full payment was made. To make matters worse, since we hadn’t moved in yet, the delivery person threw the items in the basement and left, without even informing us properly. This was a horrible and frustrating experience. The service was unprofessional and unreliable. Please be cautious when ordering from Wooden Street. Confirm all delivery details in writing to avoid last-minute surprises.

I have been a regular customer of Wooden street Sarjapura store. The quality of the items are very good and durable. I enjoy shopping here as Prakash takes care of our queries and explains the details in a polite manner during the shop visit. I'm a big fan of Woodenstreet.
