The No Cost EMI Offer : Terms and Conditions

Disclaimer : These terms and conditions, hereby refer that wherever the context so requires, "you" and "your" shall relate to any legal or natural person who has opted for payment in Equated Monthly Instalments ("EMI") for making any purchase(s) on www.woodenstreet.com (the "Website") or the mobile application ("WoodenStreet App") and the terms "Company" and "WoodenStreet" shall mean WoodenStreet Furniture Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under Companies Act, 1956 with registered office at 104, Ashok Marg, C-Scheme, C Scheme, Ashok Nagar, Jaipur.

In addition to the terms and conditions detailed in this page, by availing the EMI Offer, you are agreeing to and accept the terms and conditions set out herein:

• The EMI offer is provided uniformly on minimum order or cart value of Rs.10,000 and is available for 3 months tenure only.
• The discount applicable on opting for ‘No Cost EMI’ is being offered exclusively by the sellers and does not amount to EMI/interest waiver extended by the bank.
• You accept and confirm that you will need to pay the applicable EMI and interest on the total value of the order at the time of payment to the banks, in accordance with the terms applicable to the credit card.
• The minimum order or cart value to avail the EMI Offer payment option is ₹ 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand Only).
• The discretion to accept the payment lies with the bank issuing the credit card. WoodenStreet will have no obligation or liability in the event the bank refuses to process the transaction, for any reason whatsoever.
• You agree that if you fail to make timely payments of EMI, there may be additional interests or penalties which may be levied by the bank, and you shall be solely liable to pay such additional interests and penalties, if any.
• Any returns or cancellations will be as per WoodenStreet’s returns and cancellation policy. In case of any kind of return/refund in an EMI transaction, interest already billed in that particular transaction will not be refundable under any circumstances.
• In case of cancellation of the order, the applicable charges will not be refunded.
• WoodenStreet will not charge a processing fee for availing the EMI option. However, the relevant bank may charge processing fees or cancellation charges as per their bank policies. Such charges shall be paid by you to the particular bank and will not be refundable even in the occurrence of return/cancellation of the product.
• For more clarification, you may consult with your respective bank/issuer on how a cancellation, refund or pre-closure could affect the EMI terms, and what interest or cancellation charges, if any would be levied for the same.
• WoodenStreet retains the right to modify or cancel this offer or scheme at its sole discretion.
• You understand and hereby agree that there may be a constraint on the number of transactions per credit card, based on the limits set by the respective bank.
• You may be charged service tax or other applicable taxes by your respective bank for the transactions.
• You understand that this offer is not available on the “Card on Delivery” option.
