Yes, the installation is done at the time of delivery, but if the products get delivered early through our 3rd party logistics, then we ensure our installation team arrives at the location within 24-48 hours to initiate the process. Also, we shall not be responsible for providing installation of wall mount TV unit, study table, wall shelf etc. upto the value of 10,000. In case customer want to avail this service an additional charge of 500 would be applicable at the time of placing the order.Wooden Street doesn’t recommend you to pay any extra amount asked by delivery person. WoodenStreet’s delivery arrangements to your home have been designed to ensure a zero-damage and hassle-free experience. Please contact us immediately if: You received a damaged or defective product, bring it in the notice of delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint at customer care at [email protected] & defect will be assessed in 72 hours’, and a solution will be provided. If in the opinion of Wooden Street, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by Wooden Street, to address the issue.
Any missing parts required in the assembly of the product should be immediately notified to the Customer Support team, so that they can be arranged to be delivered to you as soon as possible.
Wipe off the dirt from the furniture with a soft cotton cloth. Also avoid using the excess water for cleaning, take moistened cloth to wipe off the dirt.
Avoid chemical contact with the furniture as it may harm the natural finish and further the durability. Also, make sure to avoid application of polyurethane paints on the furniture.
Scratches, burns, residue and any other surface damage can be taken off with a fine-grit sandpaper. Reapply mineral oil after sanding.
Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.
In the absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. After then, extra charges would be applicable per floor in such cases to make delivery to the customer’s floor. (on request)
